Aspis is searching for a cybersecurity business analyst (senior). Our Cybersecurity Business Analyst will oversee assessing information technology systems and making suggestions for how they can better meet business needs. Their duties include refining the roles and responsibilities of IT professionals on their team, creating implementation requirements, and developing IT plans with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and have a bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
Execution of all steps in the NIST RMF process
Prepare information security documentation including system security plans, privacy impact assessments, contingency plans, etc.
Conduct information security and general computer controls assessments
Conduct system access control list reviews
Define and implement information security metrics
Prepare reports on vulnerability triage, remediation, and escalation
Analyze cybersecurity information and other data to produce reports, dashboards, scorecards, and other management tools
Confer with managers to ensure changes are working
Will be assigned to work as a member of a cybersecurity service team with delivery objectives in performing Assessments & Authorizations (ATOs), conducting compliance reviews, and/or monitoring vulnerabilities.
May supervise, manage, or lead direction of a task lead
Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required
cybersecurity certification (DOD 8570 Level II) is required
cybersecurity certification (DOD 8570 Level III or Manager) is strongly preferred
